General Information

MOPS is a group for mothers of children ages 0 through kindergarten.

We meet the first and third Tuesday, September through May, from 9:00am to 11:00am, at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Child-care is available during each meeting.

Expectant Mother Events of Interest

For those of you who may be interested:


I have been in contact with a lady who has been helping coordinate a couple events for the Rapid City area regarding childbirth. Both events are sponsored by the South Dakota Safe Childbirth Options, a Christian non-profit group.

One event, scheduled for Monday, September 22nd, is a screening of a documentary called, The Business of Being Born. It is at the Elks Theater.

Another event is the Healthy Birth + Healthy Family Conference. It is a two day event being held at Crazy Horse.
